IntraData Exchange was started from a simple frustration: business is still held back by documents that don’t talk to each other. Every team on a project works in its own silo, reading its own contracts and spreadsheets, and everyone plays an expensive game of telephone when something changes. IntraData Exchange exists to turn those scattered PDFs and “cloud filing cabinets” into a shared digital language, so Departments of Transportation, contractors, sureties, and capital-markets participants can see the same information at the same time and solve problems together. The mission is to help business in the United States—and eventually globally—become more efficient, more aligned, and more impactful by making collaboration the default, not the exception.
